Paducah is located on the Western tip of Kentucky. Interstate 24 runs east from Illinois and west from Tennessee. Paducah is located right off the interstate at Exit 4, Hwy 60/Hinkleville Rd. Turn east off the exit ramp on Hwy 60/Hinkleville Rd. This road turns into Park Avenue. Park Avenue curves around and turns into fourth street in the downtown area. Follow fourth street until you reach Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway (one way street) and it will take you directly to the riverfront where the fun and festivities will be during the Paducah Summer Festival!
